north of Lake George,
1.5 hours north of Albany, 3.5 hours north of New York City,
1 hour south of Lake Placid, and less than 10 minutes from
Gore Mountain Ski Resort.
From
Albany: Take I-87 North (Northway) approximately 60 miles
to Exit 25 (Chestertown). Off the exit, make a left onto
Rt. 8 at the stop sign. Follow Rt. 8 approximately 7 miles
until you come to the Riparius Bridge which crosses the
Hudson River. Skarbek's Cabin is minutes from the Hudson
River.
